Read and React Model
The Read and React model optimizes inventory and streamlines ordering for seasonal products by monitoring sales data to maximizes sales. The model’s optimization algorithm suggests an initial order, then monitors sales data to determine the appropriate time for a replenishment order to maximize sales and minimize waste.
