Senior Technical Services Manager

1. Develop strategics and tactics in the following areas and provide the managerial leadership to the team for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness:

• IT infrastructure architecture technology, system architecture and design
• IT infrastructure system engineering standards and practices and IT operations disciplines
• IT infrastructure development and implementation
• IT infrastructure quality assurance
• IT infrastructure deployment and maintenance
• IT infrastructure performance management including service level monitoring, incident and problem solving
• Technical services delivery
• Internal customer engagement and end user training and support

2. Define and improve correlated areas of IT operations in accordance with recognized industry leading practices and standards
3. Ensure capability, capacity, quality, integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of IT operations to support Group business and IT targets
4. Act as project manager to deliver assigned strategic, major or key IT programs or projects

• University Degree in Business/Management or Science/Engineering field. Candidates with Finance and accounting background are preferred
• 3 years and above relevant working experience on systems and end users’ support on ERP, CRM, PLM
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Approachable and has an eye for details
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must
• Independent and able to work under minimum supervisions
• Occasionally need to work after office hours or during weekends to provide support to users or coordination of maintenance activities
