Financial Accounting Associate

 

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Provide support to the Finance Manager
  • Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements and other management reports
  • Handle daily accounting operations such as issuing debit notes, preparing bank reconciliations etc.
  • Provide timely, accurate and professional management reports and financial statements
  • Assist in year-end audits
  • Provide support to establish and maintain good internal control
  • Undertake ad hoc reports and assignments
 
Requirements
 
  • University graduate with Accountancy degree or related disciplines
  • Student member of professional accounting bodies or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Responsible, well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Hands-on experience in accounting system an advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred
