C&B Specialist

 

We are looking for an experienced compensation & benefits professional with great collaboration skills to join our Division Compensation & Benefits team.   Reporting to the C&B Director, you will be the key member to responsible for coordinating our compensation practices across the business units in the countries. 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Equivalent to Assistant Manager / Manager level
  • Support various regional C&B programs, including HRIS implementation, annual compensation review, salary survey, job evaluation and staff cost budget
  • Manage expatriate remuneration package including package formulation for international assignment, localization proposal and calculation of income tax withholding
  • Provide guidance to country HRs on international assignments and up-to-date C&B practices
  • Consolidate and prepare HR dashboard
  • Support any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
 
 
Requirements
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline 
  • 6-8 years'solid experience in compensation & benefits preferably with regional experience gained in multi-national companies
  • Experience in top tier HCM system is a plus, e.g. Workday, SAP and PeopleSoft
  • Highly competent in MS Excel functions and formulas for data analysis & reporting
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, detailed oriented and able to multi-task
  • A good team player and able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Good communications skills and able to explain complex ideas in a clear manner
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills
