Senior Sales Manager


To achieve our Company’s business targets, the incumbent shall establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers by providing excellent sales services and be the communication focal point to the internal partners and external stakeholders in addressing customers’ needs and concerns as to solidify the TAL Brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Formulate and develop strategic sales plan
  • Identify potential customers and implement customer development plan to hit sales target
  • Carry out different sales activities to promote the company and company’s products, factories and value-added services to customers
  • Initiate and explore new business opportunities in both new and existing customers to achieve sales growth
  • Conduct market research and share the findings on market, consumer, customer and industry news/trend to relevant supporting departments
  • Manage sales budget plan and prepare reports
  • Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer relevant products/services/solutions
  • Make sales presentations to customers and collect feedback; negotiate with customer on the optimal offer
  • Bachelor degree holder, preferably in textile / clothing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in apparel manufacturing industry in US and Europe market (Preferrable with woven experience)
  • Possess strong sales background and customer-centric mindset
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail-minded and with good business acumen
  • Excellent command in English & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
