The incumbent shall provide order loading reports and order loading simulations to aid of the Planning Senior Managers in decision making and be responsible for capacity planning and order allocation, collecting data for process analysis and improvement and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Simulate changes to production capacity and orders by collecting, validating and consolidating accurate data / information in relation to capacity, efficiency, schedule and inventory
  • Proactively prepare insights on trends, tolerances and variances
  • Develop, review and improve data accuracy & data management processes and tools to support decision making
  • Prepare analyses and reports across relevant functions to improve production performance
  • Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders to understand market requirements and improve production planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Operation Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in production planning, analytics matrix design, risk estimation, data controlling & management
  • Strong mathematics, analytics, data management and problem-solving skills
  • Sensitive to numbers and can interpret figures into information for reporting
  • Social confident to deliver findings to senior management and stakeholders driving changes
  • Experience gain in apparel industry is a plus
  • Keen on identifying areas for continuous improvement
  • Able to handle the whole analysis process independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command in English
