Admin Clerk (Mail Room)


The incumbent shall assist the Senior Mailroom Associate to manage the mailroom and process incoming and outgoing mails and parcels to ensure smooth office operations. Details are as below:
Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack parcels and distribute to designated locations
  • Arrange shipping documents, online and paper forms, of the outgoing parcels
  • Consolidate and pack outgoing parcels according to requirements
  • Make records of the shipping documents and communicate with logistics department where necessary
  • Communicate with courier service providers to ensure smooth operation
  • Support Senior Mailroom Associate and maintain the tidiness of the mail room
  • Provide general administration support and assist in cheque bank-in and parcel delivery to business partners if necessary
  • F. 5 / F.7 / DSE graduate
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Good Command of written & spoken in Chinese, simple communication and written in English
  • Simple knowledge on PC operation
