We are looking for merchandising talents with apparel/garment background joining our TAL family. The incumbent shall provide one-stop merchandising services to designated clients relating to “Made-to-Measure” (MTM) business.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as account representative to do daily communication with clients & factories on all merchandising issues from product development till bulk shipment
  • Handle on-going material sourcing & product development through collaboration with internal & external work partners
  • Cooperate with factories to perform MTM order preparation, order projection review and production planning
  • Work as team to grow MTM business through on-boarding of new customers, developing of new products for existing MTM customers, and upgrading of MTM offering to all MTM customers
 
Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in Fashion &Textile
  • 3-4 years of working experience in merchandising, preferably in apparel & garment industry
  • Sound knowledge in woven products is a plus
  • Good team player with positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and meet dead-lines
  • Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English
  • Willing to travel
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandising Executive
