Key responsibilities
  • Lead or support strategic and operational improvement projects: identify and address key business issues, develop work plan, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive analysis, derive business insights and make recommendations
  • Facilitate market intelligence and knowledge sharing: manage department knowledge base, guide team member to conduct primary and secondary market research, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for various company audience
  • Support capital projects: develop financial models and business cases for new business development opportunities, conduct due diligence for potential M&A targets                                                                
  • Support senior management conferences: prepare presentations, plan logistics
Requirements
  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Strong interests in apparel and manufacturing industries
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including solid project management experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas strongly preferred:
    • Management Consulting
    • In-house Strategic Planning
    • Market Intelligence
    • Change Management
    • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Strong English communication skills. Good command of Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
  • Self-discipline for planning and organizing
