The Replenishment Solutions Executive will develop good partnership with customers, understand customer requirements and propose the best solutions and services that bring benefits to customers:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs both demand and supply forecast planning for customers
- Executes and monitors replenishment planning and achieves KPIs set with customers
- Performs and presents data analysis on cost and benefits and performance report for customers and internal management review
- Assist the manager to develop new replenishment solutions for customers
- Prepare materials and tools to support the promotion of supply chain replenishment services
- Signal problems / opportunities in supply chain, propose improvements plan and implement once approved.
Requirements:
- University graduate in business disciplines, e.g. Supply Chain / Operation Management / Business Management discipline
- Work experience in supply and demand planning is preferable
- Independent and self-motivated, with ability to deliver results under pressure and under changing priorities
- Good presentation, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills with different parties at all levels
- Analytical, meticulous-minded and thorough, with good diagnostic, planning and organizational skills
- Good working experience with Microsoft Office especially with Excel and Power Point
- Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Chinese is required; fluent in Mandarin
